Dolphins Men's Basketball Flies High on Super Bowl Sunday to Get Sweep of Richard Bland College on the Road

The Brunswick CC Dolphins Men's Basketball team traveled to Petersburg, VA to Region 10-D1 conference foe Richard Bland College on Sunday. In a close contest throughout where the Dolphins led 34-33 at the half the Dolphins were able to extend the lead to eleven points in the second half before a run late by the home team determined the final score of 68-65. The Dolphins were led in scoring by 6'5 sophomore Jahnarious Snell with 13 points, 6'10 redshirt freshman Sam Hood with 11 and 6'0 freshman Landon King with 10. The Dolphins completed the season sweep of Richard Bland in conference play. The Dolphins are currently in second place in the Region 10-D1 standings and are at home for five of the final six games of the regular season. The next game is Saturday at 3 pm versus first place Caldwell Tech CC.
