In a battle of the top two teams in Region 10-D1 #1 Caldwell Technical College defeated #2 Brunswick CC Dolphins Men's Basketball 79-77 in overtime today on the campus of BCC. The Dolphins led for most of the game until a few clutch plays along with missed free throws by the Dolphins allowed the score to be tied at the end of regulation. The Cobras tipped in a missed basket with 1.2 seconds left in overtime to determine the final score. The Dolphins had a three point basket hit the back of the rim by Rasheed Daniels as time expired. The Dolphins were led by Khouri Carvey with 20 points and Landon King with 14.. The Dolphins are back in action tomorrow as they host Denmark Technical College at 3 pm.
