Dolphins Drop First Game of Wake Tech Holiday Classic

The Brunswick CC Dolphins Men's Basketball team fell to Monroe College of New Rochelle, NY 76-64 on Wednesday in the first day of the Wake Tech Holiday Classic in Raleigh, NC. The Dolphins were led in scoring by Jaleb Grant with 14 points and Nasiar Blackston with 10. The Dolphins will play tomorrow at 3:30 pm versus Baltimore City Community College in the second day of the classic. The games are held at the Wake Tech North Campus. It was good to have Brunswick CC Basketball Alumnus member Steven Johnson in attendance at the game. Steven transferred to Winthrop University to play after BCC in 2012. He is a member of the US Army stationed in Korea and is on leave in NC to get married. He shared some wisdom with the guys about how basketball translates to life. #BccNextChanceU
