Strong Second Half Powers Dolphin Men Past Caldwell 104-81 in Final Region Home Game

In their final Region 10-D1 home game, the Brunswick CC Men's Basketball team used a strong second half to defeat Caldwell Tech CC 104-81 on Sunday. The first half was a tight contest, with both teams exchanging leads of six to ten points. The Dolphins held a slight 55-49 advantage at the break. However, they came out strong in the second half, tightening their defense and outscoring the visitors 49-32 to seal the victory. Landon King led the Dolphins with 24 points, followed by Cam Oates with 17, Armani Henderson with 15, Tyrone Barbee with 12, and Derrick Green with 10. Zion Gardner grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds, while Henderson also led the team with 12 assists. The Dolphins will travel to Wake Tech on Wednesday, and with a win, they will clinch the Region 10-D1 Regular Season Championship and the #1 seed in the upcoming Region/District Tournament, starting on the 13th.
