The Brunswick CC Lady Dolphins traveled to Fayetteville Tech to open the new year where they were defeated 74-64. In this Region 10 contest the Dolphins jumped out to a 19-14 first quarter lead but the a second quarter where they were outscored 17-3 made the big difference in the game. Though the Lady Dolphins had a strong third quarter outscoring the Trojans 17-8 it was the final quarter when the host Trojans made at 25-15 run that determined the final outcome. Kris'shyia McKoy lead the Lady Dolphins in scoring with 21 points.
